This is quite a powerful diagram as it summarises most of the key attitudes and related drivers – and what level of action is going to need to be taken to keep people on board – or turn them around
Thank you for your comment, Jenny. You can find more detail on actions to keep people on board in the related articles. Any additional observations or suggestions you may have will be welcome there.
spotted this great diagram on Pinterest and wanted to ask if can use the diagram for my BSc Degree students who are doing an Information Systems and Business unit. Ravensbourne is a Specialist university sector college part of University of the Arts London whose mission is to creatively apply digital technology to design and communication. see website

Hi Bob
You are welcome to use my diagram; acknowledging source (it’s in the graphic). It’s good to be asked.
You may also be interested in my post “18 Reasons why procurement cost-saving initiatives fail to deliver to the bottom line”. The title may not seem very relevant but the subject was inspired by some research I was involved in looking at the reasons why IT projects fail – and, if you think in terms of projected benefits rather than savings, many of reasons apply pretty much to any business change project.
